James B Smith Scholarship Information
This is a reminder from the Belleville East nurse’s office. All 9th graders must have a physical and current immunization on the first day of school. The 9th grade physical will count as a sports physical for their freshman year. The parents must fill out and sign the parent portion of the physical. The physical form can be accessed on the Belleville East district web site at:http://www.bths201.org/. If you have any question you can contact either the Belleville East nurse’s at 222-3750 or myself at 277-2100 ext 309.
