Field trips are rewards for the students that are very dedicated to out program. Each student must follow all directions and have excellent attendance. The following items will be taken into consideration when allowing students to attend field trips:
PLEASE REVIEW THE POINT SYSTEM IN THE MIDDLE SCHOOL HAND BOOK LOCATED ON THE HOME PAGE
1. MUST have excellent attendance.
2. You may not attend any field trip if you have missed a performance. You must be in attendance at ALL concerts. Major concerts are not excused. If you are out of town for Thanksgiving Day parade, you must give at least 3 weeks notice. (Students that notify Mrs. Tessereau the week before the parade will receive an unexcused absence and will not be eligible to participate in the band field trips.)
3. Students must display appropriate behavior throughout band class and in the academic classroom. You represent everyone at Wolf Branch School when attending these field trips. If you are unable to display self-discipline in a structured classroom, then I will not feel comfortable trusting you on an unstructured field trip!!!
Fox Theater
We are planning to attend a Musical at the Fox Theater in December
Belleville East Marching Show (possibly)
We may be able to watch a performance of the high school marching show on an interactive level.
